GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to arbitration provisions, the Courts at Dumka, Jharkhand shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of these Terms.
DISPUTES RESOLUTION
If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve it informally by contacting the Company. In case of failure, the dispute may be referred to arbitration in India under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Dumka, Jharkhand.
CONSUMER LAW COMPLIANCE
If You are purchasing services or products from Us, You are entitled to protections under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Nothing in these Terms affects Your statutory rights under Indian consumer law.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use Our Service after revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms.
